Measuring and weighing food is so important !! Being accountable for everything you eat. This was me a few months ago .. I stopped weighing kept eating and "snacking " boom 10lbs back on . Thanks for the tip how to change original weight ! First you have to be realistic with your goals. Remember baby steps !! I had a membership too . Didn't want to go because I was well over 50lbs overweight. Just woke up one morning and went. Always in the back row treadmills but it's fine. It's not easy but so worth the effort! I feel like a yo yo up & down . I just ran my first race ever saturday (8k) and finished . Carrying at least 45 xtra pounds . It's giving me motivation . My body is still sore and recovering but I'm back to the gym today . You can do this !!!
