I work out before work every day for 30-40 mins. To much stuff goes on after work with family and kids for me to do it in the afternoon. Its all about fitting it into your weekly routine.

I tried this approach last year during the summer months and it worked really well. Mine was a bit different that 5:2. My intermittent fasting plan was not spread out over days. It was based on fasting during the day. I would only eat after a 16 hour period. All my calories for the day were saved for that eating time. I…
