Too much fat and too little protein. I always choose 0% or 2% . It has about 15 of protein. 10% is too much.

I think it doesn't really matter. You whole calorie intake is much more important. I do eat before working out and eat after working out;)

Love love love kettle bell. If I had to choose one equipment to work out with I would definitely choose kettle bell. You can burn a lot of calories and build muscle with it. Check out zuzkalight.com:))))

I am bad. I berley take days off. I do split workouts few days a week. I do rope jumping and kettle bell training in a morning and machine cardio and weights in an afternoon.

Love quest bars:) Double chocolate chunk is my absolutely favorite. I eat one quest bar every day with a cup of coffee about an hour after my workout. So good.

It might sound strange but tend to gain weight when taking fat burners. I feel hungry 24/7 and I am talking about some abnormal and uncontrollable hunger. So, I avoid taking diet pills. Is it just me or there some people feeling the same way?

I like quest protein. All flavors are tasty and macros are great. There are about 20 of protein, 1 of fat and 2 of carb (less 1 g of sugar) per serving.

That's wonderful! And what I am really looking for is a yummy boxed cereal with least amount of sugar so that I would do as less damage as possible to my diet progress. I think K brand and Go Lean brand are two the most suitable options. :)

I love love love nuts....and i had to learn how to control myself around it. If you can't limit your intake I would suggest avoid keeping nuts in your house or start buying prepackaged servings of it. Eating too much nuts will cost you a weight gain ( and I mean a lot of weight) and it will definitely cancel out all the…
