I havent ever thought about logging them...they don't affect my "nutrition". Personally I just take them always right when i wake up and right before I go to bed but it makes sense to log them if you dont always take them. Thumbs up :)

When you gotta get it done..you gotta get it done.

I always try to get to the gym but if you are legit sick (not a cold) then its gonna be impossible to get the energy up for it. personally, if you have the energy, go for it, if you dont then dont...its about the feeling. My problem is that when I am sick with a cold or respiratory thing (obviously not the flu) I find it…

$140 a month for a family of 5 (its $80 single person I believe) but its not a "basic" gym for whatever that is worth...
-
^ that. I dont track it but I work hard as hell doing it. If you are really working: drops, supers, low rest, high volume, etc then you will notice it in your weight...it will go down faster, or too fast. At that point you can just plan to eat more to compensate.

This is the stuff...I like their honey mustard too.

Zombie run is awesome!! :)

EDM is good for cardio and I listen to someone yelling at me for weights.

Midday...morning is impossible for me :)

Well, if you paid the money for the Garmin I suppose you use the number it tells you and assume that its calibrated correctly? I use the read-out on the machine at the gym I use (which lets me put my weight it) but personally I would be conservative and see where it takes you and then adjust.

Set your own macros...I know that I lose weight better with a lower fat and higher carb than recommended. The Macros are set based on a calorie intake (in any calculator) so as long as you are hitting those numbers then dont sweat the actual calorie number.

this...100x. Health isn't just physical...
-
You should make sure you share your diary so people can see what you are eating BUT its 99% that you are either tracking wrong (too little) or the system has overestimated your daily calorie intake.

definitely overthinking. Losing weight quickly is hard to maintain and requires significant effort all the way through...where it may be true that keeping a deficit will keep you losing (generally) its 35 days @ 100 deficit to lose a pound. My thought is that when I cannot get .5 a week without serious macro control and…

They dont all do it...only the Beta Alanine does it and many have different levels or none at all. Also, your body gets used to it and that does go away (but the Pre Workout still works).

The old Craze was awesome because it was full of banned stuff :) I didnt see that they had a new one (I just looked again)...but I use Pre-OG. yes, its a you-tuber fitness pre-workout but its great and best part is that there is no "proprietary blend"

Congratulations!!! Looking great :)

I use adductor all the time...helps my hips and fixed my squat knee cave issue.
-
I had no idea that was possible. amazing.

Bulk 9-12 months, cut 2-3 months. If you have to cut longer than 3 months (assuming you were lean in the first place) then perhaps the bulk was a little "too dirty".

You are living the dream :)
-
That is strange...it should add exercise, not subtract.
-
Clearly you and I lift weights differently...
-
you have to share your diary in a separate place. Settings > Diary Settings. Its crazy how many people have the same issue but MFP still has not fixed it.

Uh..no. Its because cardio is a very quantifiable mechanic. Your heart rate was up to X number for Y amount of time using Z muscles for the work. Weight training can be slow or fast, high rep/low weight, HIIT, poorly done, etc. Just go to the gym and you will see someone on the weights doing each of these things...its just…

the MFP system calculates the number of calories you need to eat to reach your goal when you set them. So if you told it you wanted to lose weight at x/week then the number it spits out should get you mostly there via "deficit". If you told the system that you didn't want to lose weight and the 1200 is the number it gave…

you can dew it!!

Quaker rice cakes (kinda like popcorn) are great. White cheddar are 45 cal, 8 carb, 0 fat per...I use them as snacks. The Apple ones (also no fat) go good with peanut/almond butter if you have fat to give :)

I can only imagine @aam117 . I am down in PDX and where I don't quite have that problem...its problem enough :) Thanks for the suggestions
