Would you share your knee-sleeves (or other gym equipment)?
So today at the gym I saw a kid, probably 17-18, doing some DL work with his dad coaching. He looked pretty good, was doing sets of 3 at 335 I think it was. So, my drink is a tall triple shot vanilla latte. I know that extra shots mean less milk but outside of "subtracting" two ounces of 2% milk...I have no idea how to true up the nutrition. Any thoughts? They do not have a custom drink calculator... Yea, it doesn't seem like a lot but every calorie counts when you are hungry…

So, I just wonder...do you smoke? How often? Does it affect you reaching your goal? I am a casual pipe smoker, only once or so a week...so just curious.
