    Umm, I prefer Disturbed, A7X, Godsmack, PoD and a few others over Hair Metal on any lifting day. Or some old school rock (pre '80s).

    Ah, good ol Sheiko. One of the guys on the lifting forum I'm on just ran that for peaking and broke 3 pr's plus set WW for his age/weight bracket.

    I don't have that much luck with it- but that's okay- i haven't hit the plateform yet- supposed to be this spring (IN a month) but that fell through- so- now it's off the table for another year. Wedding takes priority.

    truth- LOL-I have some really funny "rolls off the bench like a cockroach" videos when I test my 1RMP. LOL- being said- i need to do more hammy work. for real.
