9 lbs in 2 weeks. Ideal protein program. Lost 2 "off arm, 3 off thigh and 2 off stomach. Started at 142 now and 133.

I add cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the coffee grounds.

Last night i made shrimp with olive oil, garlic and toss3d with lime juice, jalapenos and cilantro. I s3rved this over grilled green zucchini alsontossed in a teaspoon of olive oil. Very tasty.
