This may sound crazy but ever since I have changed my diet. My stomach isn't too happy when I consume ground beef:( very interesting if you knew I used to eat nothing but pastas, tacos, Mexican/Puerto Rican food!

Might sound crazy but I use the teen kind with the pink cap. It smells really nice and I often find it at the dollar tree. Also, Nair has perfected their formula so it doesn't irritate under arms and makes me less sweaty under my arms than just shaving.

I did it in 2006 after I had my first child. I lost 30lbs in a month but honestly you will gain it all back. Only changing your eating habits will be worth the results. I do buy special k items still, for snacks or occasionall meal replacements but not even faithfully do I go for those items.

Mine is set at 1200 I am 4' 11" and no, I do not always get to 1200 calories so do not feel like people are right/wrong. Do what works for your body. By no means am I deprived, eating healthier than ever sometimes you feel more satisfied.
