I typically drink only water these days as soda is the biggest reason I feel I had gained as much as I did. I also am teaching my kids healthier alternatives, then I noticed V8 Splash is basically high fructose corn syrup. Does any one drink it? That is one ingredient I have decided to cut out as much as possible!
A few days ago I posted a question, which seemed to spark up more of a debate than anything else. How much HIIT is enough/too much? My daily goal is 1200 calories and I am eating healthy meals throughout the day and still not quite to 1200. Is this bad for me?!
This was my first week on MFP and being serious about comitting to Diet, Exercise and Water intake.
I am adding oolong tea to my diet starting tomorrow. Has anyone else tried that or seen benefits from chia seeds or other things?
