First week being serious about water intake, healthier foods (nobody's perfect) exercise. MFP friends would be fantastic! :D

    Me too! Dinner tonight was my first, I want it and I'm going to eat it....but I haven't had a soda and have been eating healthy otherwise! We can do it!!

    Ejuliano, a year ago I was highly addicted to soda. I drank several fountain sized or bottles a day. 8 months ago I finally quit the soda but switched to juice and teas. About 6 months ago I went to water only but still wasn't eating the best. I cook a lot of Puerto Rican and Mexican food:/ This week I put my foot down I know I need to do all 3. We all need to and I'm excited I found a workout I like and I don't need a personal trianer, listening to the video its like he's there. Stocked up on chicken and veggies and healthy alternatives to snacks if I get tempted. If you have any suggestions anyone I'm so open to it right now!
