My steps are showing, but MFP is not making any adjustments for my steps, unless I set it as an exercise, or have reached my 10000 step goal. Is this normal or can it be changed?

I only use a 1/2 cup of added liquid, but I leave jn all the vegetables and blend it all till smooth. I sometimes have to add aditional liquid to get a gravy feeling. But it is a rich full feeling

Eat my regular large breakfast, small lunch of salad and protein, and fill up with Turkey and the vegetables I made (turnips eggplant and parsnips.) I will probably also indulged in a small piece of the gluten free cheesecake a friend is making. Everyone enjoy and don't stress out about it.

I tried the pudding yesterday. I was not satisfied with the results. How much of the unsweetened almond milk should you use? Maybe that is my mistake. also, has anyone tried using real vanilla?

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply to your very interesting communication. I have had an extremely bad cold for a long time now. It is slowly improving and now I can do some more exercises. Walking is still my go to exercise when I have extra time. Otherwise I do practice yoga and Pilates and have a mixed…

What I find hardest is the push to exercise more intensely for short periods. Aerobics, other than aqua aerobics, I do slowly. A mile walk takes 22 to 25 minutes depending on the day.

I use sardines as part of a Greek salad and find it works out beautifully. This is especially true if you use anchovies also. Again the omega-3s go up really well Good luck on everything

Grilled chicken livers that are tossed with tumeric, garlic and onion powder. I also grill mushrooms quartered and onion chunks with that. It is delicious.

how is the diet going? My husband is celiac and I have Hashimotos and keep a total and gluten free diet. Easier for both to be on the same diet and I feel much better with the fibromyalgia also. I have discovered a total th Deletee new way to cook. It is exciting.
