Which fitness tracker?
I am looking for a fitness tracker that will track my distance, time and pace without needing to view it on my phone. I want to be able to see it easily as I'm exercising right on the watch itself. Are there any suggestions? What are the pros and cons of each? TIA

Cheese substitute
Any recommendations for cheese substitutes that are reasonably edible. Almost everything I have tried that is dairy free, doesn't cook well or taste that good. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Getting started
I've had my instant pot for over a month now and have just been staring at it and collecting recipes. I haven't even done the water test yet. How do I overcome my fear and start working with it.? I really wanted this and need whatever help you can give me. thanks

Why is it so quiet?
I have been following this community for a while, and there has been little to no posting. This is upsetting to me, as I find having all the posts helps me keep to my goals and stay within the Paleo / primal lifestyle. Doesn't anyone else leave this contact?

Sprouts
If I sprout seeds, not beens or peas, would they be paleo compliant? I like to use sprouts in my salads and sometimes in my stir-fries. Is this still possible with Primal/paleo?

Food evaluation
Does anybody know why the up app only evaluates some of the food that I put in MFP? It seems that it open picks lowest value foods to note. What can I do about this?

Seniors on paleo / primal
I am 70 years old and started gradually becoming primalpaleo about 6 months ago. My husband has celiac, so I have been gluten free for about 5 years. I have been gradually increasing my exercises( Pilates, yoga, walking, and a senior exercise program at the Senior Center), but i fine many of the other suggestions much too…
