Bread. I cant restrict myself when it comes to bread. It's either no bread at all or one bread per day. So i decided no bread it is! Also i eliminated sugar with an occasional little cheat once a week. But i started drinking my coffee black and i like it better that way now.

I'm 27 days here and i'm going great! Exercise is giving results and the fact that i have to log everything i eat makes me think twice about what i eat! I hope i can keep it up until summer!

(Day 20) I was about to claim rest day today but i have to hurry my journey. Anyway, 3.1 miles today (total 81.4) and lets see what tommorow brings!

I used to add 1,5 spoon of sugar in my coffee(twice a day) but i started to drink it black and only the first week was difficult. Now i like it more this way! I thought of giving it up too but i'm not convinced that it is bad for me.

(Day 19) I didnt even feel like i've made 5.9 miles today but its true. I was trying to think all the little songs we were learning in school so time went by quickly. 78.3 in total and i'm on path in the Forest. Nice!
