My favorite breakfast is simple....toasted English muffin with (measured) peanut butter. My other favorite is a hard boiled egg with a Morning Star Sausage Patty. I'm a Vegetarian, so I don't eat meat. Morning Star has great products.

I love soup. I buy the Progressi Bean and Macaroni and I add lots of fresh spinach and grated parm cheese. Have you tried the Gardein meatless chicken strips? It makes for a delicious stir fry! I use red peppers, onions, and teriyaki sauce. Put on top of brown rice. Gardein also makes meatballs that are pretty good.…

I like the Weight Watchers Fudge Ice Cream bars...Mini Quaker rice cakes with peanut butter...and when I really need something indulgent, I toast a chocolate chocolate chip Muffin Top and add a scoop of light vanilla ice-cream . Tastes like a brownie alamode (almost) :)

I toast a chocolate, chocolate chip Muffin Top and put a scoop of light Vanilla ice cream on top...tastes like a Brownie Ala Mode for less than 200 calories. Sometimes yogurt and fruit just won't fill that urge for something rich.
