  • Bio Chem, blue bonnett have low sugar no sugar versions of Whey protien. Quest bars have 20 g protien, 15 g fiber and less than 1g sugar. Consider raw eggs in your smoothies. Eggs have gotten a misquided bad rapt in the past.

  • Let me state it differently. When I look at "nutrition", Iron, from the foods ive eaten, is stated as a part of 100%. MFP dosen't tell us how many mg. is 100%. From some of your answers I'm assuming it is 18mg. On days I fall short, I want to supplement with iron. But oñly on the days I come up significantly short.
  • I prefer they would just list the mg. I'm consuming in food instead of a percentage.
  • I know what is recommended. I want to verify how many mg. MyFitnessPal has set as 100%.

  • It all boils down to 3500 calories = 1 pound. 3500 - calories burned + calories taken in = weight lost or gained over a given time period. Adjust for your personal goals.
  • 1-2 pounds per week is a good safe goal. As stated by others, losing 3 lbs a week could be unhealthy. I weigh almost everyday. That may be discouraging for new dieters.
