I love food so I'm always thinking about my next meal!! For me, planning is the key. It helps me avoid making bad choices when my stomach is growling. One more thought...if we all make our food diary public to our MFP friends, then perhaps we can use the foods/nutritional information from each other as a guide?!? I also find it helpful to hold myself more accountable if I know others can see what I've eaten!!! Healthy peer pressure!

I follow Terri's approach as well as enter ingredients on my own to create my own foods. This is especially helpful if I make a recipe that I plan to eat often (ex: scrambled egg muffins). I can then easily log my food intake by clicking on "My Recipes". There is also an "import food from internet" feature, but I've not…
