  • One more thought...if we all make our food diary public to our MFP friends, then perhaps we can use the foods/nutritional information from each other as a guide?!? I also find it helpful to hold myself more accountable if I know others can see what I've eaten!!! Healthy peer pressure!

  • I follow Terri's approach as well as enter ingredients on my own to create my own foods. This is especially helpful if I make a recipe that I plan to eat often (ex: scrambled egg muffins). I can then easily log my food intake by clicking on "My Recipes". There is also an "import food from internet" feature, but I've not…
