One of my favourite: 3/4cup Almond milk 20grams Vanilla or any flavour protein powder 75grams Frozen ripe banana 3/4cup Kale (torn into small pieces, no stems. I freeze mine) 1/2Tbsp Chia seeds 1/2Tbsp Flaxseed, ground or whole Blend it all. If you don't have frozen bananas or kale, toss in some ice ;) C/29 F/8 P/20
