I normally start by doing an ab circuit then move on to legs or arms and end my workout with 10 minute run/ walking. I don't normally have any milk products before I go, but I eat about an hour or so before I head to the gym. Thanks for the help by the way!

This must have been very difficult, but it's progress! You successfully said no to a temptation. That in itself is something to be proud of. Think of when you first started your dieting and how you may or may not have eaten them versus you saying no this time. Good for you:)
