I haven't drunk soda for... years. Gave it up about 3 years ago, can't bear the taste now. Won't drink the diet versions, as aspartame does weird things to me. Don't miss it.

I've lost 30 lb in total so far, and haven't suffered from loose skin. But I've been taking it steadily, and moisturising religiously. A lot is down to genetics as well, I think. Some people will suffer, some won't.

I used Weightwatchers for a few months, but had issues with the whole 'fruit and veg are free points' thing. Since I moved here, I've found it far better and actually more straightforward and am actually seeing some decent losses now. Feel free to add as a friend if you want.

This is what rang true to me. I knew I was overweight for a long time, but it's only this recent attempt that I am really truly interested in doing something about it. You have to want to, and be ready to.

Hi, I'm 41, living in Hampshire, and have managed to lose 28lbs so far, only another nearly 70 to go. Feel free to add, though I'm not sure how exciting my diary is!

I'm in! Starting weight: 229lb 12 week goal weight: 220lb Physical Goal: To improve fitness so I can walk up the hill to work without it winding me. Nutritional Goal: To survive the weeks away I have without falling back into old habits.
