it makes me want to miss a day sometimes as you just don't physically feel up to it but I did loads of exercise at the gym did my first kettle class and was an invalid for a week with DOMS haha

pancakes - grate one squeezer out the water mix with a spoon or two of flour ( any) add 2 eggs, cook like normal pancakes in a little oil and eat. I like them with sweet chilli dipping sauce :) works for most veg actually

5 9 and feel short now :) I love being taller but it does get a bit depressing when things don't fit properly..10 lbs weight loss and still the same dress size now if I was shorter I would have dropped a size or two and im not even that big.

Nike plus app helps me its addictive - no food before I run or I get a stitch usually just wake up get up and go so I don't even have to time to think about and talk myself out of it :) 13km done at the weekend so it works for me -

5 9 and tryin g to stick to 1200 though I do fail sometimes.....lost 8lbs and have 8/10 to go..hopefully last years summer stuff will then fit again as I tubbed up since September last year :)
