Thank you everyone! I'm eating 1200 cals a day which is just about doable but struggle in the days I exercise to eat my full allowance but have been doing it still!x

Hi, are you still doing it? Getting results? I put mine under high impact aerobics for 40mins the add 10mins sit-ups for the abs workout x

The DVD sold more copies than Frozen!! And people are really getting results!! If you stick to her diet plan and do the full routine 3/4 times a week you WILL lose weight!! I'm doing it too x
