My diary is open. I am also consuming 1200 calories a day. Started out a little rocky in Nov 2014, but improved in Dec. Entries are inconsistent, but when I was consistent, I achieved some weight loss. You are welcome to add me.

Way to go! I can relate to social anxiety; still a work in progress. I am slowly working towards the courage to join a gym in the area I have just recently moved to. Kudos to you for facing your fears! Keep it up! B)
