Hi. I understand what you are saying. I think I have a good mind set. For the first time in a long time. I am eating very nutritious, vegan meals, plenty of greens and beans and nuts. I'm eating lots is smoothies and snacking in between meals. I understand 30lbs in 3 months may be rushed. I did however feel pretty good…

Thank you. I will check that out ;)

Yes ok. Thanks. I'm thinking about uping the calories Ana lowering the goals. I'm just worried I will screw it all up. I'm eating really healthy and I feel pretty satisfied when I was doing just the 1200 per day plus exercise
-
Still should not go below 1200 calories per day.
-
Yes agreed! Thanks for your imput.
-
Yes because even if there was some error on my part it should not in now way go bellow 1200 calories per day.
-
I tried to reset it as someone suggested. This was after a day of this glitch. So I went and reset it. It went from 930 calories a day to 920 per day. *kitten* up!
-
Also. Someone mentioned I should try to reset it too. Didn't even think of that so I did. And it then changed from 930 calories per day to 920!! Wtf.
-
Yes very scary. I hope it gets fixed right away
-
Does it to me on the iPad app
-
Can I ask you why is it too aggressive for my goals?
-
Totally true. Did this happen to you? Why do you suppose it happens?
-
Ok thanks for the advice. Would it just be ok for me to set it back to 1200 calories per day you think? Because at that amount I was doing really well. Most importantly I felt like I had more energy and didn't feel too deprived.
-
Ok thanks. I thought 2lbs even for a person of my weight was ok. So is 1 pound per week more realistic for my current weight?
-
Thanks. Well I think I'll put it back to 1200
-
So it's not ok to continue to drop 2lbs a week?
-
Ok thanks. I'll try that. I'm new to this I realize 930 is way too low which is why I asked. Thanks for the imput

Right. I'm confused. I do also understand as you loose weight it takes less energy to do fitness so you are not burning as much as you once were at a heavier weight...
