Hi. Well the first week I lost a lot of water weight. Now I average around 1.5 to 2 pounds. I eat around 1400 calories. I cut back on drinking alcohol. I weigh myself every Friday morning and record it. I also weigh myself daily just to see how my body fluctuates especially with doing different things regarding eating and exercise. On Thursday I was like "I can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning" and my boyfriend was like "you weigh yourself everyday day." Haha

I am at a total of 8% lost. That's 17 pounds. When I'm at my goal I'll have lost 18% of my body weight. I think my ultimate goal will be around 25%

I'm 25 currently at 178 down from 194. I wear i size 8 or 10 jean. I have a very broad upper body. My bra is a 38DD. My goal weight is 158. I think once I get to my goal I will reevaluate and probably lower or focus on measurements.

I personally have issues drinking it because I feel more hungry sooner than I do when drinking water or tea. It could be more mental but I'm ok cutting back. I love all types of alcohol. Wine used to be my go to especially when getting together with my friends. Now I drink Smirnoff sorbet vodka, usually the raspberry flavor.
