hahaha you guys are soo funny. My plan is to have 1 day a week I eat whatever I want. Im going to just ensure i workout that day. Today I ate 1100 cals, 1 hour of cardio. I am doing great :smiley: :smiley: I will not starve to lose weight, I don't want to be Flabby abby lol

OMG just had 2 pieces of birthday cake. Im in trouble so Yes, I am working out hard tomorrow. 1 hour in the Am, 1 hour in the pm.

I'm so Scared, but I will just have to hit the gym more, I guess this week. Monday I will work out & Eat Clean. I never eat this much and I have great self control. My goal is to lose 29lbs, I'm half way there. I got 17 more to go.

Today I may not get to the gym, I really want to go. I need to walk or run for at least 1 hour. If I can't hit the gym i will be eating less. So far I have learned I enjoy my night time snack. I enjoy eating a popsicle at night. I am trying not to go over 1000 cals a day, but I keep eating 1200-1300 a day. Starting today I…

<3 So today I ate..... Protein Shake Orange Banana Peanut butter crackers 1 bag of chips small 110 cals 1/2 of Baked Chicken Breast with tomatoes & Spinach. Total was 1200 cals GYM: 1 hour of cardio & Weights :) next goal is 193
