Sw 220 My question: How long after i stop binging and return to normal eating will I go back down to Goal weight. Was 154 Now 160.6 I work everyday for 2 hours and i have increaded by weight lifting.
How do you know? Ive been be at this for 1 year. Started at 207-220 Currently at 157 as of today. I was binge eating bad for two weeks straight . Cleaned up my act losing a pound a day. I lift weights and do 30 pushups a day+Cardio.

Soooo my fitbit arrives on Friday, and I can't find any website to calculate this so. I'm 154.0 Walked on Incline of 30% for 120 Minutes Speed of 3.5 Average Rate how many cals did I burn? The machine says like 2000 cals, Could it be correct even tho I never put in my weight.
