It resets your sugar cravings, and jump starts your health.

    It sounds like a bunch of nonsense. "Resets" cravings? What does that mean? "Jump starts" health? What does that mean?

    It's so vague, it could mean anything.

    It sounds stupid. I love smoothies, but I don't expect miracles from them, and I don't even have one every day.

    Smoothies, soup, salads, liquid diets, etc. ANY of these will work if you are consuming less than your maintenance calories. But keep in mind that your mind doesn't normally register "drinks" as food so don't be surprised to be taking in smoothie calories and still be very hungry...

    I like smoothies for breakfast. My smoothies are full of calories and fiber, and my brain definitely registers them as food:

    I beg to differ as well

    This is my smoothie

    Lots of protein and carbs to energize me and not hungry until lunch after drinking this in the morning.

    ETA:might have to add a few seeds to mine as well...used to put almonds in it...

    Note this has my coffee in it as well....no sugar or cream in my smoothie.

    I've been doing the ice cream diet.

    It resets my sugar cravings and I've lost 52lb so far.
