Ummm... Why not? I have no idea what you're trying to ask.

If you want to know why you weigh more after food, it's because food has mass. If you eat a pound of cauliflower, you'll be up one pound after lunch. If you drink sixteen ounces of water, you'll be up a pound. When your stomach is empty, you'll weigh less. What is it that you're asking?

My question is shouldn't my weight be more after I eat and drink water? It barely goes up. I was told my weight should have a range. It doent range lol

Weigh yourself - get off - drink a pint of water - weigh yourself again.
If no change your scales are rubbish.

If they go up a pound find something else to worry about, third world debt perhaps?

Try a test. Step on your scale, record that weight. Drink exactly 16 oz of water, measured out, all at once. Step back on. If you aren't one pound heavier, there may be something wrong with your scale.

Better yet, go in the kitchen, grab a bag of dog food/flour/etc and hop on. If you aren't 5 pounds heavier, it's your scale.

I fluctuate by more than that just drinking coffee.

Why is it necessary to weigh yourself that many times in one day? :/

I have never considered weighing myself more than once a day, lol. Sounds like a good way to figure out if your scale is defective :)

I thought it was broken so I tested it several times a day!

It's ok, I am too! But it's hard to go wrong with gifs.

It's your scale, not your body.
