    Once I hit the weight that my doctor and I have discussed, I will re-evaluate for a bit - i.e. go into maintenance mode and determine if I want to stay at that weight for good or continue losing. No other plans. Maybe get a personal trainer or a gym membership as a reward if finances are looking decent. Maybe get more interested in serious strength training.

    Going clothes shopping definitely!! Especially that it should be around the summer time. Would also mean buying a new bikini ;) keep up at the gym and enjoy being fit, healthy and hopefully happy!!!! :star:

    what are yall walking around in baggy clothes or nekkid? i go shopping all the time (i refuse to wear clothes that dont fit right) lol

    when i hit goal weight ill switch to maintenance and be happy for the extra food lol

    I made a promise to myself last year that if I hit my goal weight before 2016 I would treat myself to my dream trip. I hit my original goal weight 2 weeks before Xmas so I booked that trip! I'll be going to Bangkok & Phuket Thailand this April for 2 weeks!!!

    Even tho I hit my original goal weight, I realized I wanted to cut some more so I'm still on my grind here. I guess I need another goal for when I hit my new goal weight. :p

    For the most part. It's winter in the midwest so it helps to have slightly baggier pants because it means i can fit another couple layers underneath. i just tighten the belt.

    well i hit all my goals till now.

    1. Get to a healthy weight range ( achieved)
    2. be 145 lbs ( achieved and weigh less at the moment :))
    3. jogging running a mile ( achieved)
    4. jogging running 2 miles ( achieved)
    5. Last week the 4mph jog accomplished too.
    6. Starting ( fitness) teaching again ( achieved)

    So i have made some new ones.
    4.5 mph
    lifting...no matter what just lifting lol

    And my careful wish and hope is to ride a horse again.
