I have fell off can't get on track for nothing!
I have been over eating but weight lifting heavy weights like a mad women.
At goal weight but gained 4-5 pounds since July.
Problem: So will i gain muscle or fat? Will i slim off or remain the same.

oh that happens to me i just call it a bulking phase. You'll gain fat and muscleandd when you're ready you can cut and show off your new muscles.0

That's the whole bulking process - lift heavy weights and overeate so your body has enough energy to gain muscle. You can't scientifically speaking gain muscle on a caloric deficit (your body needs that extra energy )
So as Sonya mentioned - if you'd like more muscles focus on that for now. Once you see that you're gaining more fat than you'd like (as that happens with bulking and there's no way around it) go back to a "cut" where you continue lifting but on a deficit0 -

You will have gained both muscle and fat, in such a short time it's likely the majority of your gain will be fat.
You will "slim off" when you eat in a calorie deficit.
