Water weight or Real weight?

How do you know?
Ive been be at this for 1 year.
Started at 207-220
Currently at 157 as of today.

I was binge eating bad for two weeks straight . Cleaned up my act losing a pound a day. I lift weights and do 30 pushups a day+Cardio.

    Your question is really unclear, but I'm pretty sure you haven't lost 50+ lbs of "water weight."

    There's no easy way that I know of to tell the difference.

    You can take an educated guess, though, depending on what you've been eating and based on the knowledge of how your body reacts to different foods.

    Really though, it doesn't matter. What has happened is gone, you can't change it.

    All you can do is make good choices going forward. That's the only way to see positive change.

    I find if its water weight, it goes in 2 - 3 days, max 7 days.
    Real weight gain sticks around longer imo.

    1lb per day!! you can't expect that to last. 1-2lbs loss per week is more ideal/realistic.

    Real weight gain sticks around longer imo.

    This is what I do also. Its not a scientifically proven method but works well enough for me
