@edwardsracing I'm having the exact same problem as you are with calorie intake. I'm just not that hungry and I can't seem to meet my daily goals. And when I do eat a 300-400 calorie meal It takes FOREVER to digest, so I'm always full.

I'm so glad I found your post @SammyBlz1 because I don't exactly understand how eating more is supposed to help me lose weight. I'm supposed to be eating somewhere around 2,200 calories per day and I cannot understand how people do this. Normally I average around 1800 or less per day of intake. Any ideas? Have you found…
