Never tried Keto but if your looking for food to make you feel full look to eating your good fats mono and poly when calorie counting. There are plenty of good reads online but a lot of pros cons on Keto diet. Wish I could give you more advice on it.

Good protein source with good fat content of poly and mono fats which aide your heart and muscles. Moderation is key however.

Bodybuilding.com has a good calculator based on your stature.goal.workout routine. Its a good indicator on whats needed. 1290 seems low if your working out that much and remember protein intake is key.
