  • Pretty happy with the vivofit - HRM occasionally drops out, so you need to check out the watch to make sure it's still active. You can be several metres away and it will still work (good if you're dancing/doing acro and still need to have full wrist flex for handstands etc)
  • If you haven't used weights before I'd say a couple of sessions with a personal trainer would be a top idea. Technique and posture are really important - you can easily injure yourself if you're not doing something right. :)
