  • I use an FT4 as well. Applied Bonnie's advice (loosen off the 4 screws on the transmitter and Boom! the battery cover came off. My issue now is that the watch wrist strap broke. So I need to take it in and have it replaced. Well, this also means that I can get another colour, which is not bad. :)
  • I'm 44, and I have about 10 - 15 lbs. of fat to lose. Doing P90X3 at a calorie deficit of about 500/day. I try to log all foods in MFP; doesn't always work out, especially when eating at my girlfriend's parents' house. - Anyone looking for an accountability partner feel free to add me.

  • You got this. One day at a time. You only need to improve one percent per day and you'll be amazed at your progress. Try to work on increasing strength while doing this so you can maintain muscle mass. Feel free to add me for accountability.
