  • Check out Leslie Sansone walk at home videos. That's the ones I started with because they are broken down into segments so you do what you can and work your way up to the entire routine. No pressure and the moves are fairly basic. Plus they only run about $10-12 per DVD.
  • I'm the same way! That's too cold for walking outdoors! I use Leslie Sansone's walk at home videos. With the exception of the high impact interval training ones, you can do them all fairly quietly.
  • Thanks for the tips! I do my best to eat healthy, but my family also doesn't help with that either. They're both so very picky!! I don't have time to make 2 different meals so I try to put good for you food on the table every meal and then I only have a little bit of the not so good things. It's a constant struggle. Kudos…
