The scale can really mess with your head. I also use a cooking scale like futuremanda. That helps a lot. Portion size estimates can be tricky without it. Keep at it! I suspect a "whoosh" of weight will be coming to you soon. I get that. Weight stays steady and then "whoosh", gone. Crazy.
