It’s hard to be in a calorie deficit that long. You need less than less calories but of course your metabolism slows as well so you could do a reverse and bring your calories and your metabolism back up for a while and then do another cut

I wondered if there was anyone else out there making healthy protein bars out there that has had success balancing the protein 25% , fats 25%, carbs 50%. I like to eat them as a meal. I was making them with oats but switched to chia but i an sure that's a good idea.

Anyone have any suggestion for a whole food or raw food breakfast that I balanced with protein and fat for 1200-1300 cal intake. I am hoping to lose weight again and somehow keep my hormones balanced.

Yes I am interested in that too. Eating healthy but gaining, I cut potatoes too and rice and wheat.
