  • Oh, well Dr. Lustig doesnt even advocate for low carb, just that sugar and processed food is evil. Thats not fructose, thats glucose, bread sugar. Glucose stays in the liver. Fruits are ok because the fiber makes you digest it slow so the sugar is released into the blood slowly.
