Lol...this is starting out interesting. Every time I try to upload a picture it comes out upside down.

I am 53 and been fat since I was 11. Only once did I drop my weight down to 128 due to a divorce and now I am 220. I want to lose 85 lbs. Worse yet I love to cook from scratch. Time to make some changes in life so I can enjoy my life again. Does it count I bought a dog to take me for walks?
