I had this. I went to a podiatrist and he made me the cheapest looking things to wear on my feet. They worked though. It is basically like those strutz from as seen on TV stuff. Wear them whenever your feet touch the ground. It sounds crazy but it works.

I like the idea of the alarm. It is a great behavioral tool. It is hard to just stop doing something. You usually have to replace one behavior for another. Keep up the good work!!!

Big food addict here. I need help with meal planning. Today is my first day actually using this app. I was too scared to do it before. That sounds crazy. I am not sure if I can do this.

This is what is scary for me. I stress, I eat. I am nervous, I eat. I am bored, I eat. I have been doing it so long that I don't know if I can break the habit.
