I liked the original. Don't waste your money on the food part though. Shakes are way over priced and the containers are gimmicky. Just eat right and find some protein powder and vitamins from GNC for less than half the price.

I just got done doing 2 rounds of the 21 Day Fix original. Loved it. Got me ready for more intense programs. Don't waste your money on their shakes though. You can get good quality stuff from GNC for half the price.

I've had a lot of luck with the 21 Day Fix videos and after doing it twice I started doing Insanity Max 30. On week 2 now. Don't do their diet program or shakes. Those are a waste of time/money.
