I'd like more friends :) I'm a mom to 3 who's into sports, and working out. I'm farely new to MFP. So far I'm losing the weight. My main fear is plateauing. I'm not there yet, but I'd love to start making friends who knows how that feels. Add me :)

I don't have a heart rate monitor. Until I decide to get one. I relied on my trainer. She says the average work out and depending on what types (if its a strength day) I adjust. Also, I base it on how I feel I did. Did I work harder? Am I sweating? Could I have gone an extra 5 min? So far it has worked for me.

Hey ladies! This is a great thread. I learned a lot. I'm now logging in the snack portion 'breatfedding, exclusively -500'. I was skeptical at first. But it actually works. It does show your in the read if you go over your cal intake. As long as you don't go passed -500, your considered still 'under your calorie intake'.…

So many mama stories! I'm almost 3 months post-partum. My third kiddo. Its tough to get the right amount of sleep. But, I'm trying because I know that has a lot to do with weight loss... I'f love to meet like minded individuals, so that we can encourage each other :)

I don't mind the Canadian winters! There are some days that make it tough to walk out that door ;) But, I definitely need to make some healthier eating choices.
