Nightglo, Protein, protein, protein! and eat every 3 hours. Have at least 6 grams of protein every time you eat, and remember that raw vegies are free, but fruit is not. Raw almonds and beef jerky have been my go to snacks and Luna protein bars are life savers for my sweet tooth.

If you are feeling bloated because of the sodium, try lemon in your water. It seems to help. Tomorrow is a new day!

Hi Daisy, I assume you are trying to cook on a standard stove? Could you get a small single burner electric hotplate that you could use on a low table while seated? Best wishes to you, Cathy
