I'm also from London - have 3.5 stone to lose. This is day one (eek!) I am a mum to 2 girls and echo lots of the things you've said. As well as wanting to be healthier and fitter I really want to show our girls a healthy lifestyle and set a good example to them. Looks like you are doing a great job so far!
