Almond milk - expensive water with some sweeteners. Go buy atleast semifat milk and enjoy some ChocoCrisps, if you don't have diabetes and you're controlling youself after having some sugar. Why would you buy Kashi etc.. meal timing irrelevant , enjoy cereal, then enjoy protons at lunch etc. Good luck

Uh, I havent experienced binges. I am just fit moderate amount of sweets everyday into my macros. Feeling great! In refeeding after anorexia you need tons of energy, so forget bout previous binges, and eat everyday but in moderate. Good luck

Find your tdee and add 500. Or just set goal in mfp to gain weight.

Carbs aren't making you fat, excess calories - yes. Carbs just could hold some water, that's it. Increase calorie, if you're afraid of sth, talk to treatment team.

Oh just eat all your calories w/o fear for 1 week, or 2 cuz of water, if weight coming in fast way, decrease a bit. But dont eat like one day 3000 next 1200 etc. Trials n errors ;) good luck

Uhm anything? Depends on your macros. I think you need around 2000. If you dont have ed, then fat.gain during bulk wont make you give up. Good luck. Eat more, lift weights, or do push ups etc. Stay healthy and positive

Just try out and make changes after one week. Gained too much? Decrease, a bit. Not gained at all, increase a bit. Good luck!

According to your metabolism, if I were you, I would gain 6kg in 1 month on 3200 :P

6kg in 6 month isnt hard. eat above ur maintance. don't make protein shakes something better than food replacement.

Very fast eating rice and pasta ~800cals in 3-5mins. Not really enjoy eating, but that needs to bench and squat hard :blush:

You are not eating enough, you are not hardgainer, your metabolism is ok ;)

depending on ur goals, i am always getting about 1.5grams per pound w/o powders, cause I like protein products, but 1 gram is good enough.
