everyone is different, if you feel pretty strong by the morning then you can go on an empty stomach, but I would suggest take something fast and easy digestive.

Yep, after some time weight will go up as a rocket. ur body just not adopted to soomanycalories, and they aren't absorb properly 100%, give it time, body will adapt and calories will help u to build muscles and fats Good luck

I would agree, gain fast a bit like until 130lb. Then clean bulk 2_3lb month, cuz unnecessary fat wont help you be healthier

Find your bmr , if you are use Katch formula, then multiply by activity factor then add 200-300 to gain 2-3lb month, I think for you it would be atleast 2800

eat everything what you want in moderation. is a key. nobody push you to eat broccoli erryday for entire life. happy people don't give a **** about calories and macros and eat chips w/ coke.

If you dont want to eat, but want weight, make high calorie shakes, put your milk in shaker add oil, pb, etc. Make ur drink around 3000 cals, drink thru the day. Wohualya- weight gained.

If you already have calories to maintain, add 300-500 above and eat same erryday to build ur muscles

Discovered day ago :D, Some foods contain things such as polyols (they give for ex. 2 calories for 1 carb. or 3 calories for 1 carb. etc) hope you get it :)
