Always looking to add motivation. My diary is open to friends and I'm on here every day! :)

Yes, I had mine done earlier this year and it put me high in both the D and C categories. Called it the "creative pattern." The C was highest, though. My Myers-Briggs has always been borderline on the middle two letters and can fluctuate based on how I'm feeling that day while taking the test. This morning, it gave me…

Feel free to give me an add. I've lost 10 pounds since winter when I made the decision to be more active on here but still have a few more to go. I could use the help to get over the last hump. My diary is open to friends and I try to be as supportive as possible, as much as possible.

It's going to be a rainy week in New York, so I'm posting this selfie from last week to remind myself of how nice the sun is.

Hey everyone! This site has really helped me over the last two months, but it's getting tougher the closer I get to my goals. I feel like it's been one step forward, one or two steps back for me over the past few weeks. Anyway, I'm always open for new friends and mutual motivation. I hope I can help you stay focused on…

Google's random number generator gave me an 8 and I find that very kind.

3 gummi bears. Sadly, we are now out of gummi bears at the office. That's probably for the best, or 3 could've become 300.

Hello all! I've had a bad week in terms of staying on track, so I figured I'd post in here again and try to get that motivation going again. Feel free to add me, my diary is open to friends.

On weekdays, I eat when I get to work (about 8:45), have lunch around 12:30, and eat dinner around 6:30 when I get home. So, to answer the question, I have pretty set meal times that I've just gotten used to over time. It's the late afternoons that are difficult for me. If I'm having a stressful day at work, I often try to…

It has nothing to do with how busy I am, it's a stress reaction and the snacks are there.

Welcome back. You can do it! Best of luck. :)

Might as well try posting in here myself. I keep an open diary and I'm on here every day. I'd be happy to try to help motivate you. :)

Personally, cardio is best for me first thing in the morning on either an empty stomach or a cup of coffee. When I run later in the day, it usually makes me feel a little nauseous, even if it's been a few hours since my last meal.

Welcome back to MFP! The plateau can be tough, psychologically (I've been in mine since the fall). I'm also a stress-eater, so I'm trying to be more mindful about logging, seeing if that can get me over the hump. With the right commitment, you'll get there. Stick with it and take it one day at a time. :)

I'm trying to start drinking my coffee black, but I really really like half-and-half. It comes out to about 80-85 calories per cup for me and I'll usually have two cups in a work day, one on the weekends. No added sugar, though.

Mine is open to friends as well! I need some more motivation to stop snacking at work, so accountability is needed. Feel free to add me. :)

Excellent! Great work!

I have the same issue. Adding you. :)

I was planning to start weighing in every Friday, as I'm just getting back into using this site this week, so I'm in.

I aim for 15,000 per day. It's high enough to always require a little extra effort to achieve it.
