  • January 27, 2019: EXERCISE: Yes. Ran half marathon distance in a personal record time of 1:40:38. CALORIES: Under by 363. 178g protein. Over on carbs, which was a bit necessary after the long run. TRACKED: Yes. Especially the post-run Gatorade and pastry.
