800 cal... NO! NO! NO! THIS IS NOT HEALTHY. Use MFP it is a wonderful tool full of very helpful information. Use the HELP feature to find topics of interest. Here is one on under eating... Although I have not had the best food relationship, I am improving this, and I know that under eating is just as dangerous to your body…

Are you neglecting your cravings to much? Try to just eat in moderation. Buy single serve snacks or sweets and individual chocolates and such. If you had an overall good day then a little bite of what you crave is needed and deserved to satisfy what could bloom into a craz in the long run. Best wishes...friend me if u like

Snack-a-holic, that is me. What has been working for me is this...protein at every eating. I eat with in 30 min of waking, not much usually a hard boiled egg. My evening snack is mostly apple and PB or stove top popped corn with olive oil spray and little ranch seasoning. Cut way back on sugar! Sugar just feeds the hunger.…

You are smart to lose weight first. I was 200+ when I became pregnant and as the end neared I was extremely uncomfortable. I did not gain weight during pregnancy which was a good thing. I walked a lot to keep excess fluids from building. But unfortunately, every year since my baby was born (10yrs) now, I have gained 7-10…

SEMPER FI ~ HW 280: Not being able to tie shoes, reach toes to clip nails, buying a bra rrrrrr frustrating, going up from 3x to 4x. That loving family making negative comments about a politician having bariatric surgery then criticizing his failure...yet being discussed with FAT people who turn all FLABBY after losing…

Procyonlupus~ you are young with a full life ahead. I have been you your very shoes for most of my life. This time I am determined to change it around. Pinkerton you sound like me. I just don't get hungry until 10:00, eat minimally at work but pig out at home in evenings. I am trying to change this. started eating breakfast but I've heard this is best to do within 45 minutes of waking. I'm doing 2 Brown~n Serve Sausages for protein and 1 Whole Grain Blueberry Waffle for a…

I am new too, same goal 100+. Time to listen to body. Love all the wrong foods. My planis little steps. I joined Curves and am reducing portion size. Hit my first goal of first 5 lbs. Friend me if you like

CEE you have done a super job...maybe think back to some of your own motivations. What did you feel like at highest weight? Do you remember when you hit that first 20 pound mark...you were doing it, it was coming off. Dig down deep. Now is the time! Set that small goal then build on it!

Wow some great suggestions in here, thanks to all. I think I need to set an activity goal. Something to strive for, will need to ponder upon this. Love thought of a pool but way too selfconcious for that
-
Awesome Mishy...what keeps you going? I am just starting and have more than 100 to go to be healthy
-
Yes, indeed food is my hiding place, it is where I go to be happy. But my friend has deceived me or I myself. I totally agree with Mindy in that portion control is needed. I do not want to stop eating my favorite foods so I will try to reduce the amount. I also know I must move it to lose it. This is the only thing that…
